Parents Association

The Parents Association (PA) at Allen-Stevenson is an integral part of the School community. The PA displays the boys’ artwork throughout the schoolhouse, facilitates the reuse of gently used uniforms, costumes the boys for the annual Gilbert & Sullivan production, helps staff the library, operates a School Store with A-S logoed merchandise, and coordinates the Safety Patrol effort to keep our neighborhood safer during after school hours.
The PA also brings together Allen-Stevenson families at the All School Picnic, Family Ice Skating Party, the International Festival, speaker events, and less formally, at CL+D (Community Life + Diversity) Chats about topics relevant to all our boys and our community. The PA serves the broader NY community through organizing numerous drives for school supplies, clothing, food, toys, books and more. The success of the PA is wholly due to the enthusiasm, time and energy of the entire Allen-Stevenson community.

All parents and guardians of the students at The Allen-Stevenson School are members.

For more information about volunteering, please contact the PA office at 212-933-5213 or via email at PA@allen-stevenson.org.

Allen-Stevenson’s distinctive “enlightened traditional” approach educates boys to become scholars and gentlemen.

The Allen-Stevenson School actively seeks to forward the equity and diversity of our community in our admissions, programs and hiring. The Allen-Stevenson School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, physical or mental disability, citizenship status, marital status, creed, sexual orientation, ethnicity or any other characteristic protected by local, state and federal law. The Allen-Stevenson School actively seeks diversity in its faculty and student body.
